5.27 Executive Lounge (10 East: Level 5) Capacity: 40

Description

Exclusive booking of the Exec Lounge is only available during the hours of 8-10am and 6-8pm when MBA teaching is happening. Please do not email the MBA team to request a booking outside of this time.

When teaching is not taking place over the summer exclusive booking slots will be expanded for the whole day.

If you want to book exclusive use of the Exec lounge please note that it is on swipe access to SoM staff and Exec students only. If attendees at your meeting fall outside this group please contact reception to arrange temporary access passes.  Please DO NOT prop the doors open as this interferes with the air flow and heating and has knock ons for the rest of the building.  

When the lounge has not been booked for exclusive use it is open to all SoM staff to share with the MBA/EMBA/DBA/ExCELL students.

Please note that the maximum capacity for the Exec Lounge is 60 people due to there only being one exit in case of fire.
